IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO PNIRATESWAP VPN IN THE LAST SIX (6) MONTHS, OR, IF GREATER, ONE HUNDRED EUROS (€100).

THE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SET FORTH ABOVE SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTION.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PnirateSwap VPN, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account and subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support. If you terminate your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination of your account, we will delete your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide notice through the Service, via email, or by other means to provide you with the opportunity to review the changes before they become effective.
